Forsendelse
Danmark (brofaste forbindelser)
Gratis forsendelse ved ordrer over kr. 700 (gælder for pakker op til 10 kg)
Fragtpris på ordrer under kr. 700:  50 DKK

Grønland and Island,  DKK 200 for pakker op til 5 kilo, og DKK 300 for pakker op til 10 kg.

Vi bestræber os på at sende alle ordrer indenfor 2 arbejdsdage. Forventet leveringstid er 3-5 arbejdsdage, undtagen hvis en vare ikke er på lager eller ved specielle ordrer. I disse tilfælde giver vi besked hurtigst muligt. Vi udsender en email, når varen bliver afsendt fra os, som indeholder et fragtreference nummer på forsendelsen. Vi bruger GLS som fragtløsning i Danmark.

Returnering
Hvis du af en eller anden grund ikke er tilfreds med din vare, kan du returnere den indenfor 14 dage efter køb. (returfragt bliver ikke refunderet). Vi stiller ikke spørgsmål til dit valg, men forlanger dog, at varen returneres i original indpakning med labels og er ubrugt – men det er vist nok standardkrav!

Betaling
Betaling af varer præ-autoriseres ved ordreangivelsen. Der leveres ikke varer, hvis betalingen ikke bliver gennemført. Vi bruger Stripe.com som sikker betalingsgateway. De håndterer transaktionen på CPH INC vegne og vi får på intet tidspunkt adgang til betalingskortdetaljer, kun adresseoplysninger, som er nødvendige for at kunne sende ordren. Vi gemmer ikke betalingskortinformationer, eller deler disse med tredje-part.

Klagemulighed
Klager over skadet vare, forsinkelse og mistet vare under transport, skal gøres skriftligt til CPH INC (info@copenhageninc.com) indenfor 7 dage efter forventet levering. CPH INC forbeholder sig ret til at undersøge klage og årsagen. Kunden skal, hvis CPH INC beder om det returnere varen indpakket forsvarligt, således at vi kan undersøge problemet.

Hvis kunden gør opmærksom på, at varen ikke er leveret, er modtaget i beskadiget form,  eller der er fejl ifht antal, vil Copenhagen Inc. erstatte dette med tilsvarende vare, eller kreditere kunden med et beløb svarende til varens pris.

Garanti
CPH INC har 24 mdr. reklamationsret på køb fra vores webshop. Under forudsætning af manglen ikke er opstået på pga. fejlagtig brug af produktet eller anden skades-voldende adfærd. Den konkrete situation vurderes i hvert enkelt tilfælde. Reklamation kræver gyldig kvittering for at den pågældende vare er købt i vores webshop. Garantien dækker ikke:

Defekter, slid og brud fremkommet via forkert vask, behandling og vedligehold, eller som følge af manglende vedligehold eller uautoriseret brug, eller skader opstået ved uheld. Der ydes heller ikke garanti mod almindelig slid og brug, eller hvis fejlen var kendt ved køb og hvis fejlen var tydelig almindelig inspektion. Værdien af det garantien kan ikke overstige prisen på den pågældende vare.

Vi forbeholder os ret til at justere oplysninger på webshoppen, hvilket også inkluderer forskellige i design, farver og mønstre.

International shipping
We ship to all over the world, but shipping expenses varies*. 
EU countries and Norway**, 33 EURO for packages up to 2 kilo, and 47 EURO for packages up to 10 kilo. 
An email will be sent out as your order leaves us along with a tracking number. Your items should arrive within 7-10 working days of leaving us. 

*Other countries and offshore areas, shipping price upon request and order. 

**Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient and vary from country to country.

Returns
If for any reason you are not satisfied with our product, you can return them for a refund (postage will not be refunded). No questions asked. They need to be returned within 14 days and unused and in original packaging and with tags, which should be standard requirement!

Shipping cost, for items returned from international customers, are paid by the costumer. Please be sure to ship the package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. CPH INC cannot replace packages lost during return shipment if proof of tracking is unavailable.

Definitions
In these conditions the following terms shall have the following meaning: "The Company" means CPH INC. "Customer" means the customer of the company. "Contract" means any contract for the sale of goods by The Company to the Customer.

Payment
Payments will be pre-authorized at the time of placing an order. No goods shall be supplied without payment. Payment will be taken from your chosen payment method when you place your order. If you would prefer us not to charge your card until your order is ready to be shipped, just let us know and we’ll take payment when they’re ready.

We use Stripe.com secure payment gateway; they handle the transaction on our behalf and as such we do not at any time gain access to your full payment method details, except your address, which is necessary in order for us to fulfill your order. We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties

Delivery Time
When we have the items of your order in stock it is dispatched quickly. In the Denmark and most European countries, we use GLS or a courier, for exports we use a courier unless instructed otherwise. We send you an email when your order has been dispatched.

On average
Orders should be with you within 3 – 4 working days after dispatch.
Rest of World customers - Orders should be with you within 5 - 7 working days after dispatch.

Notice
You may be responsible for import duties and taxes on your international order. In addition, some orders may experience customs delays. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges or delays and cannot predict what they may be. We suggest that you contact your local customs office for additional information.

Stock
Items ordered that are in stock should be dispatched within 24-48 hours of the order being placed. CPH INC holds limited stock in our facility and sometimes your order maybe placed in a queue to be manufactured, we will try and inform you if this is the case and when you can expect delivery.

Claims
Claims arising from damage, delay or partial loss of the goods in transit must be made in writing to CPH INC within seven working days of delivery. CPH INC shall be afforded reasonable opportunity to investigate any claim made hereunder, and the Customer shall, if so requested in writing or verbally by CPH INC, promptly return any of the goods subject to any claim and any packing materials securely packaged to CPH INC for examination.

Liability
If the Customer establishes that any of the goods have not been delivered, or have been delivered damaged, or are not of the correct quantity, CPH INC shall at its option, replace them with similar goods, or allow the Customer credit for their invoice value.

If the Customer establishes that any of the goods are defective CPH INC shall at its option, replace them with similar goods or allow the Customer credit for their invoice value.
In no circumstances shall the liability of Copenhagen Inc to the Customer under this condition exceed the invoice value of the goods.

Returns
You have the right to cancel your order up to 7 days after order receipt date, as long as the items are in their original condition, with all tickets and tags attached. We offer a 14 day return policy from the date of receiving the goods. In this instance all refunds exclude postage costs, unless the mistake was ours.

Guarantee and warranty
Under the Regulations of EU sale and goods act, CPH INC. offers 2 year warranty for manufacturing - and material defaults by normal and responsible usage. The guarantee do not cover:

Defects, wear and tear damages, occurred due to directly or indirectly wrong washing, treatments or maintenance or due to lack of maintenance or unauthorized actions. The warranty does not cover, if the product has been misused or accidentally damaged. There is also no legal remedy in respect of normal wear and tear and if the good had fault that were known about the time of order or should have been evident on seasonable inspection. The value of the guarantee cannot exceed the price of the item involved. 

Privacy Policy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We do not sell or rent the information you provide us to anyone.

Product Specifications
CPH INC reserves the right to alter specifications to those stated on the website, including slight differences in colour and pattern. The Customer's statutory rights will not be affected.
